We are proud to offer custom flat bed die cutting services for a wide variety of materials. We cut chipboard, cloth, fabrics, cork, foam, neoprene, paper, plywood, adhesive-backed materials, and many others. Our die cutting is available in a wide variety of dimensions, including widths up to 30", lengths up to 60", thickness up to 2", diameters up to 30", and a press tonnage of 50 tons. We provide cutting to precision tolerances of ± 1/16". Many different products are made from our die cutting, including air filters, bags, belts, decals, boxes, film, labels, tags, rubber washers, and numerous others. Our facility is certified ISO 9001:2008. We offer warehousing, and just in time (JIT) delivery for volumes that range from prototypes to large scale production runs.
